When can I receive my article?

Although strongly indicated on the site, it is a question we are usually asked. Delivery time is 7 to 15 working days, still we have dealt with some small delays. Nothing to worry about, but that can make deliveries stretch to 25 working days. Still, we make every effort to ensure that orders arrive as quickly as possible and in 90% of cases we don't have to deal with delays.

Can I refund my order?

Yes, it is possible, any shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are valid only for non-personalised items.

Where do your items come from?

We have warehouses mainly located in Europe but we sell to every part of the world.
